Fifteen years ago, Suzie discovered Kundalini Yoga, and it quickly became a transformative practice in her life. Through yoga, she learned to regulate her nervous system, cultivate inner peace, and reconnect with her body. Inspired by its profound impact, she pursued teacher training through KRI and later deepened her studies in Yin Yoga at JPY and Kula Kamala Foundation and Yoga Ashram.
Now, as a teacher, Suzie creates a space where others can experience that same sense of renewal. Specializing in Kundalini and Yin Yoga, she guides students through mindful movement and breath, supporting nervous system regulation and encouraging relaxation and inner awareness. Her classes offer a pathway to balance, ease, and self-discovery.
