Calming the Cluttered Mind: A 4-Week New Year Meditation Series
Start the new year with a clear and peaceful mind. As we move beyond the holiday rush, it’s the perfect time to slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself. In this 4-week meditation series, you’ll learn how to quiet mental noise, let go of lingering stress, and create space for clarity and intention in the year ahead. Each week offers simple, grounding techniques that bring awareness to the present moment and help you release mental clutter. Through guided meditations, group reflections, and practical take-home exercises, you’ll discover how to move from a restless mind to a calm, centered presence—setting the tone for a mindful and balanced year.
Note: Members may attend the session with their class card.
Monthly Yoga Nidra: Rest, Restore, Rebalance
Experience a shift from "doing" to simply "being" with Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep." This guided meditative practice combines deep relaxation and focused awareness to help release stress, restore balance, and unlock your full potential—no prior experience needed.
Join us every 2nd Friday of the month from 6:30 - 8:00 PM, in-person or live stream (recordings not available). Relax, reset, and rediscover your calm. 🧘♀️

Prenatal Yoga Series

Embrace the journey of pregnancy with our Prenatal Yoga 8-week series, designed to support expecting mothers every step of the way. Discover the ancient wisdom of yoga as it nurtures your mind, body, and spirit during this transformative time. Through gentle stretching, strengthening postures, and breathing exercises, release tension and prepare your body for birth and postnatal healing. Connect deeply with your baby through meditation and visualization, building a harmonious bond that lasts beyond pregnancy. Our Sunday classes also cover essential topics, from pregnancy remedies to mindful parenting, ensuring you feel informed and empowered as you prepare for motherhood.

Monthly STORYoga for kids 2-5 yrs
2nd SUNDAY of the MONTH 5-5:45pm
Stories come alive with yoga! Engage your child’s creativity in this story-themed yoga class that you can enjoy together. Each session is based on a unique theme that will intrigue children ages 2-5 and their parents. Stories will take your child on exciting yoga adventures from traveling in space to searching the oceans for treasure as they exercise their bodies and expand their imaginations in this interactive class. Each class incorporates yoga postures, music, deep breathing, and relaxation to introduce students to the joy of yoga.

Couples Prenatal Yoga Valentine’s Day Special
Saturday Feb 14th 3-5:30pm
This Prenatal Yoga for Couples class is designed to support both you and your birthing partner on your journey to parenthood. Together, you'll explore gentle yoga poses and comforting birthing postures, while your partner learns soothing massage techniques and pressure points to enhance relaxation during pregnancy and labor. You’ll also practice synchronized breathing and creative visualizations to help you stay calm, centered, and connected throughout the birthing process.
Perfect for all experience levels, this class will leave you feeling empowered and prepared, with helpful handouts to continue your practice at home.
