• Offered monthly (typically the last Sunday of the month)
Pricing & Registration
This is a donation-based class with a suggested donation of $5.
You’re welcome to give more or less—all proceeds go directly to that month’s featured nonprofit.

A small processing fee may apply to online donations.
To avoid this fee, you may donate in cash at the studio.
We recommend pre-registering in advance, as classes may be adjusted based on attendance.

YOGA NIDRA
🌙 Monthly Yoga Nidra
Rest, Restore, Rebalance
Experience a shift from “doing” to simply “being” with Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep. This guided meditative practice invites deep relaxation while maintaining gentle awareness—helping to release stress, restore balance, and support your nervous system.
No prior experience is needed.
What to Expect
• After a Dharma talk, enjoy a guided meditation while lying down or fully supported
• Deep rest for body and mind
• A calm, quiet environment
• No movement required—just listen and receive
Is This Right for Me?
Yoga Nidra is a great fit if you are:
• Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or mentally tired
• Looking for deep rest without physical effort
• New to meditation or find it hard to “turn your mind off”
• Recovering from fatigue, injury, or burnout
• Simply in need of a reset
You don’t need to know anything about yoga—this is one of the most accessible practices we offer.

Join us every 2nd Friday of the month
6:30 – 8:00 PM
• In Studio (recommended for a fully immersive experience)
• Virtual (livestream only)

Pregnancy is a time of change - physically, emotionally, and mentally.
🤍 Prenatal Yoga
Pregnancy is a time of change—physically, emotionally, and mentally.
Our Prenatal Yoga series is designed to support you through it with steady movement, breathwork, and space to pause.
Each class includes gentle stretching, strengthening, and grounding practices to help ease common pregnancy discomforts, build functional strength for birth, and support postnatal recovery. We also incorporate breathing techniques and guided relaxation to help you feel more connected—to your body, your baby, and your growing confidence.
Sunday sessions may also include practical conversations around common pregnancy concerns, preparation for labor, and the transition into parenthood. The goal is simple: that you feel informed, supported, and less alone in the process.
How It Works
You can join anytime—no need to wait for the start of a new series.

• Or commit to the full series for consistency and support
If you miss a class, recordings are available so you can stay connected at your own pace.

KID’S YOGA
🌈 Monthly STORYoga (Ages 2–5)
Move, Imagine, Explore Together
Stories come alive through yoga in this playful, interactive class designed for young children and their caregivers.
Each session is built around a unique theme—taking kids on imaginative adventures like exploring space, diving into the ocean, or going on a treasure hunt. Through storytelling, movement, music, and breath, children are introduced to yoga in a fun and engaging way.
What to Expect
• Story-based movement and imaginative play
• Simple yoga postures and gentle stretching
• Music, breathing, and relaxation
• A shared experience for children and caregivers
Is This Right for Me (and My Child)?
This class is a great fit if your child:
• Enjoys stories, movement, and creative play
• Is able to participate with a caregiver present
• Is between the ages of 2–5
No prior yoga experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to have fun.
How to Attend
Join us 2nd Sunday of the month
5:00 – 5:45 PM
• In Studio Only (this class is not offered virtually)
Pricing & Registration
Registration covers one child and one caregiver.
We recommend signing up in advance, as classes may be canceled if enrollment is low.
If you need to cancel, we’re usually able to apply your registration as a credit toward a future month.
