Join us for our monthly Community Yoga Class, where 100% of proceeds go to a local charity chosen by our JPY teachers. This all-levels class is a suggested donation of $5—a feel-good way to move your body and support your community.

YOGA NIDRA

Monthly Yoga Nidra: Rest, Restore, Rebalance

Experience a shift from "doing" to simply "being" with Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep." This guided meditative practice combines deep relaxation and focused awareness to help release stress, restore balance, and unlock your full potential—no prior experience needed.

Join us every 2nd Friday of the month from 6:30 - 8:00 PM, In-person or Virtual (recordings not available). Relax, reset, and rediscover your calm. 🧘‍♀️

PRENATAL YOGA SERIES

Pregnancy is a time of change - physically, emotionally, and mentally.

Our Prenatal Yoga series is designed to support you through it with steady movement, breathwork, and space to pause.
Each class includes gentle stretching, strengthening, and grounding practices to help ease common pregnancy discomforts, build functional strength for birth, and support postnatal recovery. We also incorporate breathing techniques and guided relaxation to help you feel more connected — to your body, your baby, and your growing confidence.

Our Sunday sessions include practical conversations around common pregnancy concerns, preparation for labor, and mindful transitions into parenthood. The goal is simple: that you feel informed, supported, and less alone in the process.
Drop-ins are always welcome.

Join for one class or commit to the full series. If you miss a session, recordings are available so you can stay connected at your own pace.

KID’S YOGA

Monthly STORYoga for kids 2-5 yrs

2nd SUNDAY of the MONTH 5-5:45pm

Stories come alive with yoga! Engage your child’s creativity in this story-themed yoga class that you can enjoy together. Each session is based on a unique theme that will intrigue children ages 2-5 and their parents. Stories will take your child on exciting yoga adventures from traveling in space to searching the oceans for treasure as they exercise their bodies and expand their imaginations in this interactive class. Each class incorporates yoga postures, music, deep breathing, and relaxation to introduce students to the joy of yoga.
