  • No classes 11/23/17, Thanksgiving Day. Enjoy the festivities!
  • Last 6 am Sunrise Flow class 11/22/17.
  • NO CLASSES Thursday 11/30 and Friday 12/1 due to studio renovations. Thanks for your patience as we upgrade our space:)
