An introduction to the fundamentals of yoga in an environment dedicated to demystifying the practice through a workshop approach. Classes are structured at a comfortable pace and taught in a sequential manner, with each class building upon the previous so that, upon completion, students will have a solid foundation for moving to a regularly scheduled class.With an abundance of positive energy and welcoming presence, Brenda’s objective is to empower practitioners with tools that will enrich their lives on a daily basis both on and off the mat. With clear and detailed instruction, students will learn basic yoga postures (asanas), the importance of connecting breath to movement (pranayama), and an introduction to meditation. Adventurous and creative, Brenda looks forward to sharing the many benefits of yoga with new students.
