alignNEW CLASS! Yin Yang flow with Erica Binder, CYT

Ongoing class….use your class card or drop-in. Tuesdays, starting 10/17, 6:45 pm – 7:45 pm  Ease into pratice with a few “still” postures, extending the invitation to arrive in your body. Then move through 30 minutes of continuous flow and conclude with a brief period of longer held postures to allow for  deeper release. 

NEW CLASS! Aligned Yoga with Amy Weber, RYT

Ongoing class….use your class card or drop-in. Thursdays, starting 9/21, 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm  Learn fundamental poses with emphasis on posture, alignment and body awareness.  Recommended for new students as well as those who have yoga experience but are new to an aligned method of practice.
