Find the Yoga Membership That Fits Your Life
The best yoga plan is not necessarily the one that gets you to practice the most. It is the one that makes it easier to keep coming back.
Some people love having unlimited access and building yoga into their weekly routine. Others travel, work unpredictable hours, or simply prefer more flexibility. And some days, getting to the studio is exactly what you need. Other days, rolling out a mat at home is much more realistic.
At Just Plain Yoga, we believe your yoga practice should fit your life, not the other way around.
Start with how you actually live
Before choosing a membership or class package, ask yourself a few simple questions:
How often would I realistically like to practice?
Do I prefer coming into the studio, practicing from home, or having both options?
Do I like the structure of a recurring membership, or do I want more flexibility?
There is no right answer. Consistency looks different for everyone, and your needs may change over time.
If yoga is becoming part of your routine
An unlimited membership is usually the best fit for someone who wants to practice regularly without thinking about how many classes are left on a pass.
Our Stay Centered Membership includes unlimited in-studio and livestream classes, access to our on-demand library, and additional member perks.
It can be especially helpful if you enjoy mixing things up. You might take a stronger class one week, choose something gentle the next, or join from home when getting to the studio simply is not happening.
The goal is not to attend every class you possibly can. It is to remove some of the barriers between you and your practice.
If your schedule changes from week to week
A class package may make more sense.
Our auto-renewing Stress Free 10 Class Package gives you 10 classes to use over three months and renews when needed. For people who practice somewhat regularly but do not need unlimited classes, it offers a middle ground between membership and occasional drop-ins.
If you want even less commitment, our Single 10 Class Pack gives you more time to use your classes without automatically renewing.
This can be a great choice if you travel, have a seasonal schedule, are returning to yoga after some time away, or simply know that once or twice a week is not realistic right now.
If home practice works better for you
Not everyone wants or needs to come to a studio.
Our video-on-demand library gives you the freedom to practice when it works for you, whether that is early in the morning, during a lunch break, after everyone else has gone to bed, or while you are traveling. We also offer livestream classes for people who want the connection of a live class without leaving home.
And yes, practicing for 20 minutes at home still counts.
If you are completely new to yoga
You do not need to choose a long-term plan before you know whether you like us.
Our 2 Weeks Unlimited for $39 introductory offer lets new students try in-studio, livestream, and on-demand classes and experience different teachers and class styles before deciding what comes next.
You also do not need to be flexible, know the poses, own special clothes, or arrive already knowing what kind of yoga you need.
That is part of what trying classes is for.
If you want a more personal starting point
Sometimes a group class is not the best place to begin.
You may be returning to movement after a long break, managing physical limitations, recovering your confidence, or simply wondering which type of yoga will work best for your body and your goals.
That is where a Private Assessment can help.
A one-on-one assessment gives us time to learn more about you, talk through your goals and concerns, and explore movement in a more individualized setting. From there, we can help you decide whether group classes, private lessons, or a combination of the two makes the most sense.
Private yoga lessons
Private lessons are also available for students who want more individualized attention.
They can be especially helpful if you:
are brand new to yoga and would feel more comfortable learning some basics privately
have specific mobility or movement concerns
want help adapting poses to your body
are returning after time away
have a particular goal you would like to work toward
simply prefer learning one-on-one
Private yoga does not have to replace group classes. For some students, a few individual sessions are exactly what they need to feel comfortable transitioning into the studio. For others, private practice becomes their preferred way to work with a teacher.
The goal is the same: finding an approach that works for you.
What if you're still not sure?
Ask us.
One of the advantages of practicing at a locally owned studio is that you do not have to figure all of this out by yourself. Tell us what you are looking for, what your schedule is like, what you enjoy, and what you would rather avoid.
We can help you decide whether your best starting point is a group class, an introductory offer, a Private Assessment, or private lessons.
After more than two decades of teaching yoga in the Camp Hill community, we know that the people who stay with yoga are not necessarily the people with the most discipline, flexibility, or free time.
They are the people who find a way of practicing that works in their real lives.
And that is exactly what we want for you.
