Erika Mollo
Strong & Spirited Educator
Erika has been practicing Bikram, Power, and Restorative yoga for more than ten years. Her introduction to Pilates brought a new dimension to her movement practice, helping her build greater core strength, improve posture, and feel stronger in her body. She quickly fell in love with both classical and contemporary Pilates and found a practice she genuinely looks forward to continuing to explore and grow in.
As an instructor, Erika enjoys sharing the strength, stability, and confidence that Pilates can bring while creating an approachable experience for a wide range of students.
In addition to teaching Pilates, Erika is a dedicated nutritionist with more than 10 years of experience working with diverse populations. Her work focuses on holistic nutrition and health, accessible education, and supporting equitable community health outcomes. Her background includes program coordination and supervision, food safety and food knowledge, herbs, and medicinal landscapes.
When she is not practicing yoga or Pilates, Erika enjoys running, hiking, biking, gardening, and spending time outdoors.
