Monthly Just Plain Baby Yoga Series
Step into the transformative journey of motherhood with our Monthly Just Plain Baby Yoga series. Designed for new moms and their pre-crawling infants, our classes celebrate the sacred bond between mother and child. Dive into playful interaction, bonding poses, and infant massage techniques, fostering trust and connection with your baby. Rebuild strength, flexibility, and tone while embracing the present moment with your little one. Experience the beauty of yoga alongside your baby, honoring this precious and fleeting time together.
Classes held on Thursdays at 11am. Drop-ins Welcome.
Moms should have their doctor's approval before starting any physical activity after their baby's birth.

Holly Keich LSW, CYT has been teaching yoga classes since 2004. In 2007, she was pregnant with her first child, she began teaching prenatal yoga classes to share not only the wisdom of poses for the childbearing year, but also the spiritual and emotional process of becoming a parent. She continued her support of mother, child & families through the ownership of Om Baby Pregnancy & Parenting Center from 2008 - 2021. She has attended pre and postnatal yoga teacher trainings with Stephanie Keach, Baby Om Yoga, Mindful Mamas, and ChildLight Yoga. She is a Certified ChildLight Baby, Toddler & Children's Yoga Instructor and has attended Infant Massage Training with World Institute for Nurturing Communication. She also attended DONA's Birth Doula Training and Sacred Pregnancy's Instructor and Art of Sacred Postpartum trainings. Holly is a Licensed Social Worker and mother of 2 children. She is excited to join the JPY team of instructors and continue supporting women, children and families through yoga.
