free community yoga class

free yoga class on sundays at 11:00 am (all levels, 60 minutes) different teacher each week. donations are accepted and applied to the JPY scholarship fund.

amanda brings the 12 asanas of christmas back for another year on monday, december 21 - 9:15 am and 5:30 pm. want to start your holiday week off right? you will begin with 12 cleansing breaths and end with 1 nice long savasana. amanda has hand selected some fun christmas music from over the decades to help keep the flow going.
