JPY is a multi-style yoga space with 2 full studios dedicated to bringing all things yoga to central pennsylvania since 2003.

free community yoga class

free yoga class on sundays at 11:00 am (all levels, 60 minutes) different teacher each week. donations are accepted and applied to the JPY scholarship fund.

something new at just plain yoga for all students, new and old! stay flexible this summer with a $99 limited three month summer pass. start anew or put your current class card or monthly unlimited on hold and attend up to three classes a week from june 1st through august 23rd. offer good through this sunday may 31st. click here to read the fine print and register. recieve good karma and three additional classes on your class card if you refer a purchasing student who is new to the studio!

summer kids yoga with erika at JPY! let your children learn and have fun at the same time with an enthusiastic, yoga loving teacher once a week for eight weeks (starts in june) or for a one week immersion (held in july).

just added: yin yoga weekend workshop in june and yin yoga 27 hour teacher training with corina benner in october. use a yin-style practice to develop awareness for your own perfectly unique completely individual self of how yoga affects each level of your being from the physical to the most deeply spiritual.
