How To Meditate - Six Week Session

learn a simple but powerful meditation practice as you explore the nuts and bolts of what happens when you are meditating, what you should do and how you should do it, and why you might want to meditate in the first place over the course of six once per week sessions.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SEMINARS/WORKSHOPS: CANCELLATIONS PRIOR TO 20 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 20 DAYS OF THE EVENT WILL RECEIVE A 50% REFUND. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS THE DAY OF AN EVENT.
